I’m proud to be part of YMCA Plymouth’s ‘My Future’ Youth Mentoring Programme, an initiative dedicated to inspiring and empowering young people to reach their full potential. It’s a privilege to contribute to such a meaningful initiative and to witness firsthand the difference mentorship can make in shaping the future of young people in our community.

Waving or Drowning: PM Forum Magazine Feature

It was a pleasure to be featured in the PM Forum magazine, where I shared my thoughts with James Lumley on how professional services firms can leverage insights from client listening interviews to enhance their marketing efforts.
A conversational approach often provides richer insights than surveys or AI, but gathering is just the start — reflection and action are key!

I was thrilled to join Caitlin Roxburgh from The BD Consultancy on the BD Talks podcast, where we discussed how client listening can inform past and future strategies. We also explored how professional services firms can integrate client listening into their BD and marketing efforts, and why it’s not just for large firms. Even if you’re not in professional services, the insights are still relevant!

I was invited to share my insights on the importance of Client Listening for Family Friendly Working. In the article, I discussed how client listening can significantly improve client relationships and drive business growth. However it’s not just about gathering feedback, it’s about acting on it and closing the loop to show clients their views matter.
