I know I say it every year but I can’t believe where the last twelve months have gone. It seems like only yesterday we were talking about drought-inducing heatwaves and now we’re layering up so we don’t have to put the heating on!
It’s been another year of uncertainty for individuals and businesses alike, and who knows what 2023 will bring. One thing I’m sure of, as I talked about last month, is that you’ll want to hold onto your clients (most of them anyway!).
I am personally very grateful for my own clients and feel privileged to speak to theirs. I’ve had many conversations this year and thought it would be helpful to distil and share seven key themes from my interviews and five considerations for client listening in 2023.
